You’re in good company — most of our clients start as beginners! We’ve structured all classes for the next couple of weeks to focus on building a solid foundation and learning how our instructors teach.
Note: “Beginner” doesn’t mean “easy” — you’ll still get a great workout! -
Comfortable activewear that allows you to move freely
Grip socks are compulsory for hygiene and safety (available for purchase in-studio if you forget)
Avoid zips, buckles, or jewellery as they can damage the equipment
Forgot something? We have grip socks, hair ties, and drink bottles for sale, plus a filtered water cooler on site.

Cancel at least 12 hours before your scheduled class to avoid losing your credit.
Late cancellations and no-shows will result in forfeiting your credit or may incur a fee. -
All packs have a set expiry date.
Extensions are only given if you’re medically unwell and provide a doctor’s note.. -
No. Class packs, concessions, gift vouchers and memberships are non-transferable and linked to your individual account.

Let your instructor know before class so we can adapt exercises for you. If you’re unsure whether Pilates is safe for your condition, check with your doctor or physiotherapist first.
