  • You’re in good company — most of our clients start as beginners! We’ve structured all classes for the next couple of weeks to focus on building a solid foundation and learning how our instructors teach.
    Note: “Beginner” doesn’t mean “easy” — you’ll still get a great workout!

    • Comfortable activewear that allows you to move freely

    • Grip socks are compulsory for hygiene and safety (available for purchase in-studio if you forget)

    • Avoid zips, buckles, or jewellery as they can damage the equipment

    • Forgot something? We have grip socks, hair ties, and drink bottles for sale, plus a filtered water cooler on site.

  • Cancel at least 12 hours before your scheduled class to avoid losing your credit.
    Late cancellations and no-shows will result in forfeiting your credit or may incur a fee.

  • All packs have a set expiry date.
    Extensions are only given if you’re medically unwell and provide a doctor’s note..

  • No. Class packs, concessions, gift vouchers and memberships are non-transferable and linked to your individual account.

  • Let your instructor know before class so we can adapt exercises for you. If you’re unsure whether Pilates is safe for your condition, check with your doctor or physiotherapist first.

  • Please contact Meg or Emma directly, as this is a case by case basis.

  • From six weeks postpartum with clearance from your healthcare provider.

    We will also offer Mums & Bubs classes designed for new parents.
